Saving recorded shows from your DVR

CHOOSE YOUR HOOKUP: *

Cable Out of DVR to ‘Cable In’ Connector of your VCR or DVD Recorder (Set the tuner of your recorder to Channel 3 or 4)

VIDEO OUT of DVR to ‘Video In’ of VCR or DVD recorder (Set recorder to appropriate Input – ‘Video In’, ‘Line 1’, etc.)

S-VIDEO OUT of DVR to ‘S-Video In’ of VCR or DVD recorder (Set recorder to the corresponding input. S-Video often requires separate cables for audio)

TRANSFER YOUR RECORDING:

• Choose a recording from the list on your DVR and press ‘PLAY’

• Press ‘RECORD’ on your VCR or DVD recorder

NOTE: While your program is recording, any graphic that appears on the screen such as the guide, info bar, DVR volume, etc., will be transferred to your recording. DO NOT CHANGE CHANNELS DURING RECORDING!
